Anthuriums grow in a high organic, well aerated medium with good water retention capability, but also good drainage. A good medium is one that is able to anchor the roots and stem so that the plant will not topple over as it grows upwards yet provided sufficient moisture, nutrients and aeration to the plant.

Our greenhouses found in Rose Belle, not only possess the perfect environment to grow and cultivate high quality blooms, but also a highly motivated team with years of experience present everyday to provide the plants with proper fertilizing needs.

We are very strict as regard flower selection and packing techniques. Below are the various stages in the packing of flowers.

Flat cartons are mounted and glued while another team is ready to fill up the box with wet slices of paper and cover it with a white opaque plastic film.

The freshly cut flowers are washed one by one with care to remove any dirt or soil and are covered seperately with a transparent plastic film. (with a small notch to let the spadix out)

Small notches are made in the white opaque plastic film inside the box. This allows the stem to fit inside.

The various blooms are perfectly arranged with care one over the other protecting the spadix and are sprayed with water.
