Aim:

• define the on-going programme of work

that will assure high quality care for

patients with dementia.

• ensure that we work together to deliver

high quality services to patients with

dementia, so that they and their carers

feel valued, safe and supported.

• The Dementia Strategy is built around Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust Vision, Promises and Standards.
