Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand which can be caused by

both good and bad experiences.

What is job stress?

Job stressor:It is a condition or situation set of conditions that causes a stress

response. stress is the body’s physiological response to

the stressor,

Job strainIt is an negative reaction by an employee to

a stressor.Body’s longer-term reaction to chronic

stress.
