Scenario Flow

A dummy Twitter-bidder is added to an RFQ in ByDesign before publishing it

RFQ is published on Twitter and can be opened as pdf-file by anyone

Quotes can be received from suppliers that are not known yet

The RFQs published on Twitter contain a detailed description of what exactly is needed by the buying company

The RFQs can be seen by any interested company in the world who have an Evernote account

They can use the provided contact information such as e-mail or phone to get in contact with the buyer

By this the buyer gets in contact with potentially new suppliers he didn’t know before

In addition the hastag #rfq allows companies to easily find RFQs from different suppliers on Twitter, e.g. by using an RSS feed

Beside Twitter this scenario also works with Facebook, Google Buzz and all other social media websites supported by Tarpipe

With Tarpipe you can even publish it on all those sites at once
