-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ORGANIZATIONALCONTEXTQANDILisaSwedishnon-profit,non-political,non-religioushumanitarianaidorganizationthatwasfoundedin1991inStockholm,Sweden.HavingcontinuouslyoperatedintheKurdistanRegioneversince,QANDIL’smainprioritiesofworkareprotection,refugeeandIDPinitiatives,water,sanitationandhygiene,constructionandinfrastructure,educationandcapacitybuilding.QANDILiscurrentlyUNHCR’slargestimplementingpartnerintheKurdistanRegionofIraq.TheReportingOfficerwillplayaleadingroleinthedevelopmentofthecommunicationoffindingsfromQANDIL’s‘PARCProject’.TheProtectionAssistanceandReintegrationCenter(PARC)isajointinitiativebyUNHCRandQANDIL,whichaimstoupholdtherightsofrefugees,asylum-seekersandInternallyDisplacedPersons(IDPs)withinErbilGovernorate.ThroughPARC,QANDILcurrentlyemploysmorethan600full-timestaffprovidingvarioustypesofservices,includingregistration,legalaid,communityservicesandprotectionassistance.

JOBDESCRIPTIONUnderthedirectsupervisionofQANDIL’sPARCManagers,thePARCReportingOfficerwillassistinthedevelopmentandimplementationofinternal/externalcommunicationsrelatedtothePARCProject.TheReportingOfficerwillworkinclosecollaborationwiththeInformationManagementOfficerintheoverallsupervisionandmonitoringofdatacollection,dataqualityandensuringthatthenecessaryinformationiscollectedatthefieldlevelandcommunicatedappropriatelytodonorsandrelevantstakeholders.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

MAINDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES:• Analyzeandsynthesizedata;• ProducemonthlySituationReports,quarterlyindicatorreports,annualreportsandother

narrativereportsasassignedbytherelevantdepartments;• Createinfographics,interactivemapsandothercommunicationmaterialasneeded;• OverseeingreportinganddataqualityonActivityInfoinanaccurateandtimelymanner;• Monitorandensureaccuracyofdatacollection;• Supporttheimplementationandimprovementofmonitoringandevaluationtoolsand

frameworks;• Stayovertimewhenrequired;• Performanyotherneededdutiesasdirectedbysupervisors.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS(EDUCATION,KNOWLEDGE,ANDSKILLS):

• AdvanceddegreeinCommunication,GraphicDesign,InformationVisualization,Journalism,orrelatedareas;

• Minimum2yearsofexperienceinReportingandDataAnalysis;• ExcellentfluencyinwrittenEnglishisrequired.Kurdishand/orArabicskillsareanasset;• Provenwritinganddesignskillsandabilitytopresentinformationclearlyandconciselythrough

visualdataanalysis;• Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills;• Excellentorganizationalskillsandabilitytodeliverreportsaccordingtostrictdonor
