The stock of goods will be maintained centrally irrespective of the location of the stock. Whenever there is a
transfer of stock from one centre to another, only one entry need to be passed. The entry for the other centre
will be automatically passed. Weighted average cost method / Last price / fixed price will be adopted for all
issue of materials. There will be a department master where all the departments can be defined. All the
purchases are made to the main store and from the main store items issued to the departments up on request.
Issue to the pharmacy will update the stock of pharmacy and for other departments it will be treated as
consumption.

Solver Doctor’s Desktop is a Web based application which prompts the work of the Doctor in his/her
busy schedule. It starts with the Appointment Diary where in all the patients’ appointments can be
viewed by the Doctor. It also shows the status of the patients like visited/waiting/waiting for
investigation etc. Complete history of registered patients will be available on a single key press.
Selection and prescription of medicines – As it is integrated with pharmacy doctors can know the
available stock in the pharmacy and prescribe accordingly. There is a provision to print prescription
and service requests are generated from the desktop itself. It is a fully secured on line system and it
implements paper less hospital concept. Doctor's Desktop is integrated with the Document
Management System. Easy storage and retrieval of all information related to patients in various
documents is possible due to an integrated document management system.

Orthopedics, ENT, Pediatrics, Dental, Physiotherapy, Dermatology, Gynecology, Urology, General
