Qubec,CanadaDay 1: Departure from local airport to Montral, Canada. Upon arrival, we transfer to our hotel via motorcoach for our welcome toast. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner. Overnight Montral

Day 2: After breakfast, we enjoy a guided tour of Montral and visit the Notre Dame Basilica, dedicated in 1829. Its neo-gothic architecture and richness of its decoration, both interior and exterior, make it stand out like a jewel from the modern buildings surrounding it. We will have an opportunity to celebrate daily Mass in todays schedule. Dinner. Overnight Montral

Day 3: Following breakfast, we proceed to Mount Royal for a panoramic view of the city on our way to visit St. Josephs Oratory, the worlds largest shrine dedicated to St. Joseph. Built at the instigation of then Brother Andr, now St. Andr Bessette, in 1904, the Oratory receives over two million pilgrims a year, who come to meditate, pray, or just find solace in its peaceful setting. One of the worlds most visited shrines and holding over 10,000 worshipers, with its dome reaching up to 97 meters, it is second only in height to St. Peters in Rome. Well visit the original chapel, the Votive chapel, the crypt, and view relics of St. Andr Bessette. Following lunch break at the Ora-tory, we visit the Basilica Marie Reine du Monde (Mary, Queen of the World), which serves as the seat of the Archdiocese of Montral, the third largest church in Qubec, after St. Josephs Oratory and St. Anne de Beaupr. Following our visit, were off to the Marguerite Bourgeoys Museum and the Chapelle Notre Dame de Bon Secours. This 300 year-old chapel and museum gives us insight of her life and the early settlers of Montral. Well visit the many exhibition rooms which lead you from the stone crypt to the very top of the tower for a spectacular view of Old Montral and the Old Port. Dinner. Overnight Montral

Day 4: Well depart after breakfast for Kanawake to visit the St. Xavier Church and the tomb of St. Kateri Tekakwitha (opportunity for Mass). This historic mission, established in 1667, exhibits many gifts from France and historic treasures of Native, Canadian, and European artifacts dating from the 17th to 20th centuries. Other items of interest in include a replica of the World Trade Center fashioned by Mohawk ironworkers, and the legendary Deerfield Bell. It also contains ivory crucifixes, religious and Native American artifacts, among these including the earliest known oil painting of St. Kateri by her spiritual director, Father Claude Chauchetiere S.J., (done in 1690). We continue to Shawinigan and enjoy lunch. Well visit to the Church of St. Pierre, and an af-ternoon break to listen to local musicians who gather in the area. We then visit the Pilgrim house La Madone at Our Lady of the Cape Shrine, Canadas National Shrine to Our Blessed Mother. Standing on the shore of the St. Lawrence River and welcoming half a million pilgrims a year, it is the oldest church kept in its integrity in Canada. Though erected in 1714, a larger modern basilica was inaugurated in 1964 which boasts beautiful stained glass windows, and a magnificent Casavant organ, (one of the largest in Canada). Well enjoy the beautiful gardens with an oasis of greenery which inspires a sense of peace and tranquility. Following diner, well have an opportunity for Adoration and a candlelight prayer march (weather permitting). Overnight Montral

Day 5: We enjoy breakfast and morning mass before departing for Qubec, the cradle of French culture in North America. Following our break for lunch, well enjoy a tour of Old Qubec City and learn more about the roll of our Catholic faith in the History of Qubec. Well also visit the Basilica Cathedral Notre Dame de Qubec, which boasts the only Holy Door in North America, where we can obtain a plenary indulgence for a deceased loved one. Well also visit the crypt, the Franois de Laval Center, the Ursuline Monastery and the Marie de lIncarnation Center, the Augustine Monastery and the Catherine de Saint-Augustine Center. After check-in at our hotel, dinner on our own in charming Old Qubec. Overnight Qubec

Day 6: Following breakfast, were off to visit Montmorency Falls Park, with waterfalls are 272 feet high (100 feet higher than Niagara Falls), where well admire the views from a cable car ride, the suspended bridge, the stairs that follow the side of the cliff, or one of the many lookout points throughout the site. We then proceed to the Albert Gilles Copper Museum of Art, where well learn about the art of embossing copper, how it is extracted and used all over the world. Following our visit at the museum, we proceed to the National Shrine of St. Anne de Beaupr, which wel-comes over a million visitors a year. We break for lunch and then learn about the fascinating histo-ry of the shrine through its mosaics, stained-glass windows, stone and wood sculptures, as well as its numerous chapels. Well also visit the St. Anne museum with free time to explore the grounds. Following Mass, we return to Old Qubec City, for our farewell dinner. Overnight Qubec

Day 7: Well enjoy breakfast and morning Mass before our return home. Well leave with wonder-ful memories of our Pilgrimage to Canada.
