There’s 2 kinds of reproduction

1. Sexual Reproduction 2. Asexual Reproduction

Sexual ReproductionTwo different parent organisms contribute genetic information

Involves the combination of male and female sex cells

Asexual ReproductionA single parent organism reproducing by itself (NOT sexual)

NOTE: Any time you see an “a” in front of a word that means NOT (atheist, atypical, anarchy)

reproducing by itself • Creates babies that are

genetically IDENTICAL • This is faster/easier

since you don’t have to find a mate.
