TheELDOresidualcurrentrelaywillinstantaneouslydetectacurrentimbalanceduetoearthleakagethatmayoccurwithintheelectricaldistributionsystem.TheELDOwilltriptheassociatedcircuitbreaker,bymeansofaseparateshunttripfittedtothebreakerandisolatethesupplytocreateasafecondition.
TheELDOresidualcurrentdevicecanbemountedonitsownbracketorcanbedirectlyclippedintoanyQuicklagchassis,eitherseparatelyornexttotheQuicklagcircuitbreakers.Ineitherformation,thetwounitsarefittedasseparatecomponents.EachELDOcomescompletewithacomprehensiveinstructionsheetdetailinginstallationandconnectioninformation.ThesecompactresidualcurrentrelaysfitintothesamespaceasasinglepoleQuicklagbreaker.TheELDO

Quicklag PanelboardsThe Quicklag Panelboard is manufactured in Eaton’s facility using Australian materials and comes in two versions, the Echidna QCE, which has an IP44 rating and the EWQ, which has an IP66 rating. The EWQ is also available in a “+” format with extra width and depth for those times when more space is needed.
As well as the Quicklag Breakers and Panelboards, Eaton manufacture a series of metal loadcentres called LCQ which are also suited to rigorous industrial environments.
