Jimenez walked last Sunday, April 24 at
Goddard Park, participating in the Autism
Project's Imagine Walk. Joe raised $1,700
for the walk and asked the ECSA to match
his donation. The Autism Project is going to
receive $3,400 due to Joe's efforts.

1. Send an email to the EBAC office
(EBAC/EB/GDYN), requesting what
you would like. Please include your
badge number, Department and Mail
Stop.
2. The EBAC office will send an
email back to you, telling you the
total cost of your purchase.
3. You then send payment immedi-
ately with the Check made out to the
EBAC and sent via Inter-office mail
immediately to the EBAC office at
J78-1. The items will be sent back to
you via Inter-office mail or arrange-
ments made with the EBAC Office.

How to Use the Job Application System for Electric Boat
Effective 12/6/13, Electric Boat launched a job application system. If you have not applied for an
opening since then, you will need to set up a new profile in the system.
To access the system, enter your badge number preceded by the letter “E” (i.e. E012345). If this is
your first time logging on to the system, click on the “Reset my Password” link. An email will be
sent to your gdeb.com email address, or the email address that you have on file with Personnel
Services. If you do not have a gdeb.com email address and did not provide an email address to
Personnel Services, call the Employment Office at 401-268-2400 during regular business hours of
7-4.
There are also kiosks available in the Employment Office for access to and assistant with the new
job application system. All questions should be directed to the Employment Office at 401-268-
2400, Daniel Botelho 401-268-2783.
Please be reminded that all salaried exempt positions require a résumé in or-
der to be considered. If you need assistance, please contact the Employment

Job Description
The primary duties of this position entail instructing the following topics: • Steam Plant Cleanliness and related courses • Grade “A” Cleanliness and related courses • Others as required The employee selected will be responsible for delivering classroom and hands on training activities in support of nuclear cleanliness training. They will be re-quired to follow approved lesson plans, perform examinations / evaluations of student performance and report on student performance. Individuals will also be responsible for updating LMS to ensure the status of training is correctly re-flected. Other duties include development of training packages, building train-ing props, writing and grading written examinations. Employee must be willing and able to: • Flex their working shift to support training needs on all shifts as needed • Complete instructor training • Take ownership of their training responsibilities • Pass applicable exams with ≥ 80% • Observe and document work in progress compared to trained work practices The employee may continue to volunteer to work overtime with their previous department, if they choose. The individual may be loaned back to operations during periods where training volume is limited and called back to Training when there are increased training demands or to meet production needs in cases where the employee has a unique qualification.
Requirements
• Trained in Steam Plant and Grade “A” cleanliness • Strong history of procedural compliance. • Comfortable speaking to large groups and be able to maintain control of stu-dents • Able to oversee, evaluate and report on student performance
Preferred:
• Minimum of 3 years of Steam Plant and / or Grade “A” Cleanliness experi-ence • Prior instructing experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suit
