1. SUBJECT

1.1 This technical specification describes the minimum requirements and basic characteristics for the supply of the Data Network System to be installed into PETROBRAS FPSO unit – TOPSIDE, covering equipment, materials, software and interconnection instructions. That system will be referred as NETWORK along this document.

4. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

4.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide all the materials to install all equipment, accessories, cables and infrastructure that compose the NETWORK.

4.2 For PETROBRAS detailed project requirements, Installation, Configuration, Tests training and Commissioning the CONTRACTOR shall be complied with the DESCRIPTIVE MEMORANDUM I-MD-3010.00-5510-760-PPT-001 – GENERAL CRITERIA FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS DESIGN.

4.3 For telecommunications symbols, the Detailed Design shall comply with the Technical Specification: I-ET-3000.00-0000-940-P4X-002 – SYMBOLS FOR PRODUCTION UNITS DESIGN.

4.4 For telecommunications TAGs, the Detailed Design shall comply with the Technical Specification: I-ET-3000.00-1200-940-P4X-001 – TAGGING PROCEDURE FOR PRODUCTION UNITS DESIGN.

4.5 For infrastructure materials, accessories, cable trays cable ladder, the Detailed Design shall comply with the Technical Specification: I-ET-3010.00-5140-700-P4X-002 – SPECIFICATION FOR ELECTRICAL MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT FOR OFFSHORE UNITS.

5. SYSTEM DEFINITIONS

5.1 The Network is composed of three subsystems: WAN, LAN and Secured Networks. These subsystems and its interconnections are described in the Figure 1. The characteristics and requirements of the subsystem are described below:

5.2 WAN (Wide Area Network)

5.2.1. The WAN component shall be responsible for interconnecting the whole FPSO to PETROBRAS Corporative Internal Network (Rede Interna Corporativa – RIC).RIC is composed of WAN routers that shall be linked to independent satellite uplinks forming a high-availability architecture.

5.2.3. The routing protocol used between core switches and wan routers shall be OSPF. The routing protocol used between wan routers and remote routers must be BGP.

5.2.4. The BGP and OSPF configurations parameters will be informed by PETROBRAS as detailed design parameters.

5.3 LAN (Local Area Network)

5.3.1. The LAN component shall be responsible for providing data access to all IP devices like computers, laptops, access points, IP telephones, IP Cameras, videoconference codecs, servers, and so on.

5.3.2. The LAN shall be based on core/aggregation/access layers architecture model with collapsed core with aggregation layer. Core switches working in a high-availability mode shall form the core layer.

5.3.3. The access switches are either electrical or optical switches and shall have uplinks to all core switches.

5.3.4. All IPTV devices are segregated from the others IP devices through an IPTV Distribution and Access Switches.

5.4 Secured Networks

5.4.1. The secured networks component shall be responsible for providing access to automation network and servers and end-users devices through a secured/filtered connection.

5.4.2. The Secured Networks topology is detailed on the Interconnection Diagram Block on Figure 3.

5.4.3. The secured network shall be formed by firewalls, Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) switches, third-party switches, special monitoring systems switches, VPN router, recreative switch.

6. SCOPE OF SUPPLY

6.1 CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the comprehensive Data Network package covering: design, engineering, manufacturing, equipment supply, install, testing, commissioning, and all documentation according with this technical specification.

6.2 The material, equipment and installation service shall be concerning the following activities.

• Supply all equipment, material, licenses and accessories.

6.3 The CONTRACTOR shall supply TOPSIDE equipment accordingly Table 1.

6.3.1. The quantity of Electrical and Optical Access Switches shall be dimensioned by the CONTRACTOR, so it attends to all end-user devices ports and remains 30% of ports of leftover per switch.

6.4 The equipment and accessories shall attend the ingress protection degree, protection type, classifications zone and groups established by IEC / ABNT.

6.5 The CONTRACTOR shall supply only equipment, cables, accessories and its must be approved and certificated by Classifying Society and technical conformity with the International and National standardization organism: ABNT, IEC and INMETRO.

6.6 The equipment and materials must be supplied in package suitable for long periods of storage and be protected against mechanical impact and adverse weather conditions.

6.7 The Topside equipment and accessories shall be installed in one rooms: M-13, M-14 and M-17.

6.7.1. Network equipment shall be accommodated in a 19” rack.

6.8 The Topside and Automation Networks equipment and accessories shall be interconnected to Hull equipment accordingly topology detailed on Interconnection Diagram Block on Figure 3

6.8.1. Hull equipment and accessories shall comply with technical specifications: I-ET-3010.1M-5510-768-PPT-001 – HULL DATA NETWORK.

7. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

All Data Network Equipment shall comply with the minimum specs below:

8. SERVICES DESCRIPTION

8.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide the following services, as detailed in this document:

CONTRACTOR STAFF

8.2 The CONTRACTOR shall dispose professionals and teams with the profiles listed below, to meet the quality of the technical service and the deadlines agreed with PETROBRAS.

8.2.1. Technical manager: Professional with intermediate manufacturer certification with minimum experience of six years in LAN & WAN projects. Responsible for coordinating the teams and validating the projects, the assembly and the configurations of the equipment.

8.2.2. Design and configuration team: Professionals with basic manufacturer certification with at least two years of experience in configuring Network Equipment and deploying LANs & WANs. Responsible for the preparation of the projects and configuration of the equipment.

8.2.3. Inspection and assembly team: Professionals with at least two years of experience in installing Data Equipment. Responsible for the inspection in the stations and assembly of the equipment.

8.2.4. Technology Consultant (Manufacturer's Professional Services): Professional with advanced manufacturer certification with minimum experience of six years in LAN & WAN projects or configuration of routers and switches. It must act in the diagnosis and resolution of systemic problems, as well as in assisting the PETROBRAS team in all activities related to the management, operation and maintenance of the solution.

8.2.5. Project Manager: Professional with PMI’s PMBOK certification with minimum experience of two years in Project Management. It must manage all project aspects like making schedules, WBS and control projects milestones.

PLANNING

8.3 The CONTRACTOR shall present the implementation planning of provided network solution, which will be used as basis for checking compliance with the contractual schedule, containing at least the following information:

8.3.1. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which allows the identification of the details of the scope of the CONTRACT to organize the services programming.

8.3.2. Detailed schedule in Microsoft Project containing at least the following information: Logical sequence of the execution of the activities of the Project Analytical Structure

• Start and end date

• Duration of activities

• Interdependencies between activities

• Milestones indicating the work deliverables

• Team profile or responsible for each activity

DETAILED PROJECT

8.4 The Detailed Project consist of all the necessary documentation for the correct installation and subsequent operation of the Network.

8.5 For the Detailed Project preparation, the data provided by PETROBRAS, as well as the surveys made by the CONTRACTOR itself, will be used as reference.

8.6 The Detailed Project is subdivided into the following stages:

• Assembly and Configuration Project

• Test Plan

8.7 Assembly and Configuration Project:

8.7.1. The Assembly and Configuration Project consists of the preparation of the necessary documentation for the correct assembly of the equipment that compose the entire network.

8.7.2. The network topology and interconnections are detailed in Figure 3 - Interconnection Diagram Block (IDB) and shall be followed in Assembly and Configuration Project.

8.7.3. Any adaptations or changes to the reference document indicated in 8.7.2 shall be previously approved by PETROBRAS.

8.7.4. ANNEX - ASSEMBLY AND CONFIGURATION PROJECT in 9.1 describes in more detail the composition of this document.

8.8 Test Plan:

8.8.1. The Test Plan shall describe in detail the procedure tests to be carried out, the purpose, duration and expected results of each test, instruments, tools, cables, connectors and other materials necessary for its execution. It shall consist of at least:

• Local test plan

• Systemic test plan

• Acceptance test plan in the field, to be carried out at the end of the migration

8.8.2. The Test Plan shall be prepared in accordance with ANNEX - TEST PLAN in 9.2, which describes the minimum items necessary for the composition of this document.

ASSEMBLY AND CONFIGURATION

8.9 The assembly and configuration service consist of the execution of all the necessary activities for the placement of the equipment and the respective data network in operation, and in the accomplishment of all the activities of verification of the attendance to the specified technical characteristics, ranging from the verification and equipment supplied and unpacking them until acceptance of the local tests.

8.10 The assembly and configuration phase can only be started after analysis, comments and approval by PETROBRAS of all the documentation that composes the Detailed Projects prepared by the CONTRACTOR.

8.11 PETROBRAS considers the assembly and configuration activity subdivided into the following stages:

8.11.1. Mechanical assembly: placement and fixation of the equipment, materials and cables that compose the system in the respective places and under the conditions provided by the Detailed Project.

8.11.2. Interconnection: all electrical, signal and ground connections between the equipment and materials that compose the system and the existing associated systems, including interconnections in the electrical panels.

8.11.3. Energization: activation of the electrical supply of the equipment that compose the system.

8.11.4. Configuration: execution of all programming tasks, by software and hardware (if necessary) to initialization and customization of each equipment within the specified technical characteristics, comprising: a) Initial and basic configuration for access permission and physical interconnections. b) Advanced configuration, including routing protocols (OSPF), DiffServ QoS, VLANs, 802.1q, 802.1p, multicast, among others, according to the Detailed Project. c) Local tests: execution of all necessary tasks for the placement and verification of each equipment, which composes the data network, within the specified technical characteristics, according to the Test Plan.

8.12 The CONTRACTOR shall, in addition to the interconnections between the equipment comprising the LAN, perform the interconnections between these equipment and the equipment of PETROBRAS network, necessary for the operation of the network.

8.13 It is the responsibility of the CONTRACTOR to provide and fully install the equipment, including the power cables and optical and metallic cabling (patch cords, line cords, etc.), according to the Detailed. The metallic and optical wiring required for the activation of Network shall be provided by the CONTRACTOR.

8.14 The installation may be performed in stages, by part of equipment, accordingly PETROBRAS orientation.

8.15 All optical cords, cables and wires shall be fixed, tied, identified and connected in accordance with the PETROBRAS inspection guidelines.

8.16 All optical cords, wires, cables and equipment shall be identified with labels and identifications according to the standardization of type, size, model and information of PETROBRAS, which shall be indicated at the stage of preparation of the Detailed Project.

8.17 The connection of the switch to the Internal Optical Distributor (IOD) shall be done as follows:

8.17.1. All cables shall be identified at both ends using mechanically printed polyester labels indelibly. IDs should also be used following the colors indicated in ANSI / EIA / TIA 569.

8.17.2. It is a CONTRACTOR responsibility to install the optical cords for the interconnection of the switch ports to the IODs.

8.17.3. The entire installation can ca use only velcro for fixing and organizing cables.

ACCEPTANCE TESTS

8.18 Acceptance tests consist of the performance by the CONTRACTOR of all the tests established in the Test Plan specified herein, and PETROBRAS 'verification of compliance with the conditions set forth in the Executive Project and Technical Specifications, to certify the perfect functioning of the Corporate Network of PETROBRAS within the specified technical characteristics. At the end of the field acceptance of all the equipment the network enters the phase of assisted operation.

8.19 The migration can be carried out in stages and can be by batches of equipment or divisions of geographical areas (wings, floors or sectors), at the discretion of PETROBRAS.

DEFINITIVE PROJECT (AS-BUILT)

8.20 The Definitive Project (As-Built) consists of the final revision of the Detailed Project, including the project documents that were updated or elaborated during or after the installation, and the results obtained in the local and field acceptance tests.

8.21 The documentation shall be delivered electronically, and may be in stages, by batches of equipment, at the discretion of PETROBRAS, with deadlines coinciding with the end of the phases of the assisted operation.

ATTENDED OPERATION

8.22 The attended operation consists of the monitoring, carried out by the CONTRACTOR, of the perfect functionality of the equipment provided and the network or system implemented, within the fullness of the operational characteristics and technical conditions foreseen in the project, during the period of its preliminary operation, with the objective diagnose, heal immediately and report flaws, and act to prevent the recurrence of such failures.

8.23 The network attended operation starts immediately after field acceptance of all equipment or batch of equipment.

8.24 The attended operation can be carried out in stages and can be by batches of equipment or divisions of geographical areas (wings, floors or sectors), at the discretion of PETROBRAS, associated to the conclusion of the field acceptance of the sub-network that serves an area, floor or specific module.

8.25 The CONTRACTOR shall keep at the disposal of PETROBRAS, during the period of the attended operation, specialized and qualified technical personnel for the monitoring and verification of the operational performance and immediate elimination of any system failures.

8.26 Each stage of the attended operation is composed of 5 (five) consecutive days, the 2 (two) first ones being presential and the 3 (three) following, may being remote.

8.27 The attended operation service will be measured by PETROBRAS for payment to the CONTRACTOR in the number of stages defined in the Executive Project phase, each step corresponding to the number of days according to item 8.26.

8.28 The specialized and qualified technical personnel of the CONTRACTOR, during the period of assisted operation in person, must be present at the unit during the administrative hours, from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. Outside office hours, including weekends and holidays, you must be on the alert and able to be present at the PETROBRAS unit within 2 (two) hours from the initial contact of PETROBRAS, if it is triggered to resolve any eventual incident.

8.29 The qualified and qualified technical personnel of the CONTRACTOR, in the period of remote assisted operation, must be on the alert for 24 (twenty-four) hours a day, including weekends and holidays, with the possibility of attending the PETROBRAS unit in a maximum of 2 (two) hours from the initial contact of PETROBRAS, if it is activated to resolve any eventual incident.

8.30 The CONTRACTOR shall issue a technical report identifying and diagnosing the failures that occur during the period of attended operation.

8.31 If the CONTRACTOR is required during the assisted operation period, to remedy operational failures or irregularities, a new period will be counted from the date of completion of the actions performed by the CONTRACTOR, without additional

costs, and so on until it is reached the end of the originally contracted period, uninterrupted without pending.
