The essay portion of your RA application is due March 3-7, 2014 in the Housing & Residence Life office (located in Southwest Hall).

You will sign up for an interview when you turn in your essay.

Question I Define, from your perspective, what it means to be part of a community within a residence hall. From your experiences, what ways have you observed a Resident Assistant enhance the sense of community on a floor, and what ways would you enhance the sense of community on the floor if you became a Resident Assistant?

                           Question 2 A Resident Assistant needs to be able to balance an academic workload and the Resident Assistant workload. Since being at WKU, describe your method for prioritizing tasks that need to be accomplished to maintain your level of academic success.
