1. In a mediumbowl, combine theflour, bakingpowder,

baking soda andsalt. Whiskuntilwellblended. In a

largebowl, combine the bananas, brownsugar, oil, eggs,

and vanilla. Beatwithanelectricmixer (stand

mixerfittedwiththepaddleattachemntorhandheldmixer)

onmediumspeeduntilwellblendedwithonlysmall bits of

banana visible. Pour in thedryingredientsandgentlystirwith

a rubberspatulajustuntilblended. Ifusingnuts,

addthemwhentheflourisalmostblendedandstirtoincorporate
