Recipe for a woman with PTSD

Ingredients:

1 happy woman

1 cup of bravery

1 gallon of emotional distress

½ cup of depression

3 teaspoons of loneliness

1 determined spirit

1 stick of anger

A tablespoon of anxiety

Directions:

1)      First take a happy woman filled with a future and ambition and pour her into a large bowl2)      Add one cup of bravery 3)      Mix contents together then pour into a large pan4)      Stick the pan into the war and have her cook for 3 years in 100 degree Middle Eastern weather5)      After 3 years, take out and let the pan cool off6)      Take a gallon of emotional distress and pour into a smaller bowl7)      Add ½ cup of depression into the bowl8)      Add 3 teaspoons of loneliness9)      Crack 1 determined spirit and add to the mixture10)  Add 1 stick of anger and stir the mixture until it thickens

1)      Take the contents in the small bowl and slowly pour over the pan2)      Take a knife and slowly spread over the surface3)      Take a tablespoon of anxiety and sprinkle it over to get your final product
