VI. Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment on the approved

criteria for developing new district maps and how the 2020 Census numbers

will be applied to the current districts. At the public hearing, the public will

be given the opportunity to express their views on how to best achieve the

new district lines to fairly and equitably represent the citizens of Horry County

and their interests.
