Visit our website www.mstcecommerce.com and click on “Contracts” under “Odisha Transport”. On the
page that appears, Click on “Registration”.
Click on “Register as Bidder” and Fill up the ensuing online form as shown below.
After filling up of the form Click on “Submit”.
On clicking “Submit” a TCS Signer form appears as shown below.
Select the Digital Certificate that you wish to use and complete the online registration process. The bidder
will receive the following information related to submission registration fees and other documents which
the bidder needs to follow to complete his offline registration process
