ASTM C 1609 TEST RESULTS FOR THE TH 63 PROJECT

Grace Fiber

Five beams were tested for Grace fibers after 28 days of curing at 95% relative humidity and 70oF temperature. Photographs taken during the testing of these beams are provided in Figure 1. Figure 2 shows the photographs of fractured faces the tested beams. The load vs displacement curves and the ASTM C 1609 test results are provided in Figure 3 and Table 1, respectively.

GRT Fiber

Forta Fibers

Four beams were tested for forta fibers after 28 days of curing at 95% relative humidity and 70oF temperature. Photographs taken during the testing of these beams are provided in Figure 7. Figure 8 shows the photographs of fractured faces the tested beams. The load vs displacement curves and the ASTM C 1609 test results are provided in Figure 9 and Table 3, respectively.

Four beams were tested for this project. All the beams were tested after 28 days of curing at 95% relative humidity and 70oF temperature. Photographs taken during the testing of these beams are provided in Figure 10. Figure 11 shows the photographs of fractured faces the tested beams. The load vs displacement curves and the ASTM C 1609 test results are provided in Figure 12 and Table 4, respectively.
