1. Scope of Works

▪ Reliance Provides utilities and operators with the skilled technical resources needed to address both planned and forced outages 24 hours a day.

▪ Reliance Provides Equipment Manufacture with assistance during their installation, and/or maintenance activities like Ansaldo Energia, Siemens,..etc.

▪ Reliance Provides Owners & OM Teams with required services during the operation & maintenance of the plants such as rehabilitation, dismantling, modification of plant equipment, repairs, ..ets

7. Existing Fuel oil & Ammonia Pipe Lines Survey/Rehabilitation & Extension of the Industrial Terminal in South Port, Aqaba (March 2016)Client: Jordan Industrial Port-AqabaEPC : UTE Tecnicas Reunidas -PHB

a) Inspection of Existing fuel oil piping including supports, insulation and painting according to API570 and provide Final report assessing the remaining lifetime of the pipeline. The works includes removing insulation and reinstate the same.b) Inspection of Existing Ammonia Piping system (Import line and Pre-Cooling line), utilizing LRUT Method in addition to visual and normal UT and provide Final Report assessing the life time and recommendations according to API570. The works includes removing the insulation and supply and installation of new polyurethane foam and cladding sheets in the removed areas.

• Addition of Refiner including supply & installation of piping system associated with the works at Al Snobar Hygienic Paper Mill Plant.

• Supply & Installation of Insulation and Cladding for Fuel Oil Tanks for Al Snobar Hygienic Paper Mill Plant.

• Supply & Installation of Insulation and Cladding for Fuel Oil Tanks for Al Keena Hygienic Paper Mill Plant.

• Remove the existing boiler Stack, Supply & Installation of new Boiler Chimney at Al Snobar Hygienic Paper Mill.

• Remove the existing damaged insulation & cladding works and replace with new ones for all ducting, piping and related equipment at Al Snobar & Al Keena hygienic Paper Mills.

Thermal Power Station. • Repair of Fuel Oil Tanks painting system at Rehab Power Plant. • Supply, Fabricate, Paint & Install Steel Platform for 50Ton Over Head

Crane & Condensers (Unit 1,2,3,4,5) at Aqaba Thermal Power Station-CEGCO.

• Steam Turbine Insulation work –Calcium silicate Insulation works• Maintenance Activities during the outages of the plant, repair of steam

lines, repair of gas ducts, insulation repair & provision of skilled manpower at Aqaba Thermal Power Station.

• Remove the existing damaged Supporting of CRH+HRH Steam Line and Replace with new ones at Aqaba Thermal Power Station.

• Dismantle the existing & Replacement of new Steam Coil of Heat Exchangers of Unit No. 7 at Hussein Thermal Power Station-CEGCO.

14. AES Jordan PSC- Amman East Power Plant (Outage March2014):

• Supply & Install Additional Hanger Supports for Main Steam Line at HRSG #1 &2.• Modification Works of Guillotine Damper of HRSG#1• Provision of Technicians for the Minor Inspection of Gas Turbine #1 &2 , and

outage work for BOP.• Repair of Steam Line Leak including PWHT and insulation repair.• Provision of Scaffolding system with certified scaffolders.• Various on call repair works during forced outages.

15. Aqaba Container Terminal (ACT):

• RTG Bogies Repair of Welding Cracks at Aqaba Container Terminal – The works includes identifying the welding problem by NDT and repair the same to the Client Satisfaction (April & June 2014).
