CEOs-

Please forward this (immediately) to anyone you know with MySQL scalability and tuning expertise.

Have them call me at xxx.xxx.xxxx!

We thought we prepared for some scale (we spent all last week testing), but we've had about 150,000

unique visitors in the past 24 hours, and over 20,000 signups. Each signup adds 3-4 financial

accounts with hundreds to thousands of financial transactions per account.

Our site is crawling, and we've isolated it to our MySQL DB. I think we have the hardware to handle it

(16 GB of mem, 15,000 RPM RAID 10 disks, 8-CPU box). However, we need a real expert to:

1) Make sure we have the right configuration parameters and caching (immediately)

2) Help us with database partitioning or replication strategies (in the next few days)

We're well funded. We can pay well for assistance.

Even if it's just a simple phone call to give us any pointers we might not have thought of, we could use

the help.

Thanks,

Aaron
