• If we were to be acknowledged as experts in the services we provide – we needed to develop leadership thinking

Our Induction Programme our kind of people have a great start is level 2 qualification

Our GROW programme has been externally accredited as a level 3 Diploma in Management

The Inspirational Leadership programme allows our managers to collect credits towards a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Management Practice accredited by the University of Ulster

We achieved Gold status IIP

We underestimated the commitment required to the amount of work involved and have not had enough time to reflect resource are more process focused and needed more structure
