Pub Restart Directory
We have developed this pub restart
innovations directory profiling a range of
products and services offered by our
Commercial Partners that should help you
and your tenants meet COVID-19 compliance
requirements on re-opening.
From a digital tool for undertaking COVID-19
risk assessments, installing social distancing
signage or screens, new sanitation measures,
new beer garden furniture, or embracing
apps for pre-booking and ordering these
suppliers have reached out to the BBPA to
offer their products and services to pubs.
Please do take a look and if you do follow up
with the companies be sure to mention that
you are BBPA members as we are keen to
show the value of this commercial
partnership to our new associate members.
Thanks,

COVID-19 Risk Assessments The first link in the safety chain, a risk assessment is essential for every pub business before restart.
The BBPA has partnered with the company Safety Culture to promote their iAuditor app for licensees
and managers to use as they undertake their COVID-19 risk assessments.
iAuditor is a simple safety checklist and inspection app so that you can get back to business safely from
wherever you are. Combined with the web platform, iAuditor can be used as an inspector software
that provides visibility and insights to help raise safety and quality standards across your organisation.
As an inspection management software, iAuditor lets your team collect consistent data, standardize
operations, send reports, identify failed areas, and get problems resolved with an easy-to-use checklist
system.

Creventa is a contactless menu, ordering and payment

hospitality professionals. Affordable, simple to set up
and easy to use the system will help pubs, bars, and
restaurants to get ready to reopen in the post-Covid-19
world.
Unlike other solutions in the market, Creventa is app-less meaning that the customer does not have
to download an app for every venue they visit. Other advantages include:
• Easy to access. Customer simply points their camera phone at a QR code on the table to access menu on their device.
• Maximum social distancing. No need for staff to approach a table or guests to approach a bar to order.
• Minimises labour costs. Less work required front of house.
• Maximises table turn times. No need to wait for bill and make payments.
In a bid to support the reopening hospitality industry we are waiving all set up costs and subscription
fees. A 3% fee on transactions will be made and capped at £99 per month. If you do not use the system
you pay nothing.

Contactless Payment
Our CEO Richard Bradley became the Co-Owner of The Green Man Pub, Scamblesby, Lincolnshire
December 2019, but before he took on the challenges of the hospitality trade, he founded his Debit
and Credit Cards brokerage acceptcards® in 2005 which makes us uniquely placed to support the
members of the BBPA.
Being an independent and privately owned business, we are not tied to any payment’s provider,
enabling us to be truly objective in the solutions we recommend and arrange. So, whether you are a
traditional small drinking pub, a gastropub, a larger group of pubs with accommodation or something
in between like The Green Man, our independence enables us to find the best deal on the market for
your business.
In light of government advice on social distancing along with the public’s increased desire to pay by
card with Contactless technology we can advise the best practice on this and all areas of card
acceptance, be that Chip & Pin, EPOS, Pre-Ordering, Click & Collect and E-commerce in an easy to
understand way.
We are proud to be associate members of the BBPA and we are looking forward to seeing how we can
help your business take payments the way your customers want to pay you.
