- Et opgør med klassisk destinationsplanlægning (note forskel på specialiserede og ikke-specialiserede destinationer)

- Vi forsøger ikke at afkode et marked for derefter at svare på en given efterspørgsel

- En kvalitativ arkitektfaglig tilgang (hvor vi eksplicit fokuserer på udbudssiden)

- Vi søger at afkode situationer og adfærd (flydende definitioner - ‘liquid modernity’)

- Vi forsøger at supplere ’the reason to go’ – med en ’reason to stay’ (positiv udviklingsspiral)

- Vi forsøger at øge den programmatiske kompleksistet og at skabe flerdimensionelle lokaliteter
