RDPSReverse Denied Party Screening

PRODUCT DATASHEET

RDPS provides a single uniformresource that screens your tradingpartners (customers, vendors, partners, etc.) against globalgovernment-provided lists of denied/restricted parties, known or suspectedterrorists or terrorist organizations, along with many other recommendedwatch lists (domestic and international)valuable for due diligence and “KnowYour Customer” procedures, andprovides email alert notifications if/when a potential match is identified.

Traditionally, denied/restricted partyscreening is performed by sequentiallycomparing the individual (customer, vendor, trading partner, etc.) namesthat are party to each internationalbusiness transaction against thevarious denied/restricted entity listsmaintained by governments throughoutthe world. Within the sales/shipmentcycle process, when and how often thename(s) are screened is usuallydictated by the workflow process andcompliance procedures established byeach business organization, but it istypically at least twice, at the time theorder is placed and again when it isshipped.

Kewill’s Reverse Denied PartyScreening (RDPS) system streamlinesthis process through a uniqueapproach. First, your trading partnerlist is screened against all existingdenied party content to ensurecompliance. Thereafter, wheneverthere are new additions to governmentdenied party lists, these additions areimmediately screened against your

trading partner database. Subsequentemail alert notifications are distributedONLY if/when a new potential denied/restricted party match is identified tospecific contacts within yourdatabase(s). This process virtuallyeliminates the need to screen individualparties on a transaction by transactionbasis, minimizing the impact on theworkflow associated with order/shipment processing.

Key Advantages of RDPS: Eliminatesduplicate screening of trading partners, and alerts you to potential complianceissues immediately, BEFORE youcomplete or enter into a new businesstransaction.

How does it work?1 - Upload your “trading partners”contacts into the RDPS database2 - Those contacts are screenedagainst current denied party content3 - When a potential match is found, designated personnel are immediatelynotified via email

Ongoing - as denied/restricted partylists are updated, these changes (thedelta of the lists) are compared againstyour contact database

Ongoing - new trading partner contactscan be added automatically (from yourERP) or manually (via webpage or CSVupload)

RDPS can either be licensed andhosted behind your firewall, or hostedat Kewill’s secure data center.
