About the presenter: Lisa Russell-Pinson, Ph.D. is the Faculty Associate for Academic Writing in the Graduate School at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (USA). She earned her doctorate in applied linguistics from Georgetown University, and her research focuses on advanced academic writing. In her role as Faculty Associate, Dr. Russell-Pinson teaches writing to graduate students and supports doctoral dissertation writers at all stages of the dissertation process. Dr. Russell-Pinson has worked with dissertation writers in a variety of disciplines and from a number of language backgrounds, and she looks forward to working with you!
