A robot is a mechanical agent, usually machine that is guided by a computer program or electronic circuitry.

Robotics is the branch of technology that deals with the design, construction, operation,and application of robots.

Industrial Robots are automatically controlled, reprogrammable manipulators which may be either fixed in place or mobile for use in industrial automation.

Service robots assist human beings, typically by performing a job that is dirty, dull, distant, dangerous or repetitive, including household chores.
