SCOPE OF PROJECT INCLUDES EIFS REPLACEMENT, EXISTING STUCCO REPAIR,NEW TEXTURED ACRYLIC INTEGRAL COLOR FINISH COATING OVER ALLEXISTING STUCCO SURFACES, PAINTING, NEW GLAZING, REPAIR AND RESEALEXISTING GLAZING, RETROFIT OPENINGS WITH NEW FLASHING, NEW WINDOWFRAMES WHERE NOTED, RE-SET EXISTING WINDOW FRAMES WHERE NOTED ANDNEW DOORS WHERE INDICATED, TO THE EXISTING GANADO HIGH SCHOOLMAIN BUILDING.
SCOPE OF PROJECT TO ALSO INCLUDE THE COORDINATION WITH DISTRICT'SMOLD ABATEMENT CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE MOLD FROM DESIGNATEDEXTERIOR WALLS FROM THE INTERIOR SIDE OF WALL. WORK UNDER THISCONTRACT WILL INCLUDE THE RE-CONSTRUCTION OF THE INTERIOR SIDE,EXTERIOR WALLS ONCE AREA IS FREE OF MOLD CONTAMINATION.

1. GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY AND COORDINATE ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BID. IF ANY DISCREPANCIES, INCONSISTENCIES OROMISSIONS ARE FOUND, THE ARCHITECT SHALL BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING FORCLARIFICATION PRIOR TO BID.
2. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ON SITE QUANTITIES OF MATERIAL ANDLABOR TO COMPLETE ALL WORK PRIOR TO BIDDING. DRAWINGS, PLANS, ANDELEVATIONS ARE PROVIDED ONLY AS A GENERAL GUIDE TO LOCATIONS OFWORK. NOTIFY ARCHITECT IN WRITING IF ANY DISCREPANCIES EXIST FORCLARIFICATION.

5. ACCESSIBILITY: THE FACILITY SHOWN ON THESE DRAWINGS WHERE DESIGNEDTO THE BEST OF OUR KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION, IN ACCORDANCEWITH THE AMERICAN WITH DISABILITIES ACT AND ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS.

THE GENERALCONTRACTOR, IS TO COMMUNICATE AND COORDINATE WORK SCHEDULEDWITH OWNER, ARCHITECT, AND OWNERS SEPARATE CONTRACTORS TO INSURENON-CONFLICT OF WORK AND SCHEDULES.
9. DETAILS ARE TYPICAL OR SIMILAR THROUGHOUT PROJECT - MODIFY ASREQUIRED TO ACCOMMODATE SPECIFIC CONDITION.
10. ALL WOOD IN CONTACT WITH MASONRY OR CONCRETE SHALL BE PRESSURETREATED WITH AN APPROVED PRESERVATIVE.
11. FINAL CLEANUP AND DISPOSAL: REMOVE DEBRIS, RUBBISH AND WASTEMATERIAL FROM THE SITE TO A LAWFUL DISPOSAL AREA AND PAY ALLHAULING AND DUMPING COST. CONFORM TO PERTAINING FEDERAL, STATE,AND LOCAL LAWS, REGULATIONS AND ORDERS UPON COMPLETION OFWORK. ALL CONSTRUCTIONS AREAS SHALL BE LEFT VACCUM-CLEAN ANDFREE FROM DEBRIS. CLEAN ALL DUST, DIRT, STAINS, AND MARKS, PAINT, SPOTS,DROPPINGS, AND OTHER BLEMISHES.
12. GENERAL CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY SERVICES, LABOR ANDEQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SATISFACTORY COMPLETION OF WORK.CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE DUST CONTROLAND "NESHAP" REQUIREMENTS.
13. SEE PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS FOR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS ANDINFORMATION.
14. MAINTAIN SERVICES TO FACILITY. COORDINATE WITH ANY FORESEENINTERRUPTIONS AND APPROVAL WITH OWNER. ANY UNFORESEEN DISRUPTIONSMUST BE RE-ESTABLISHED IMMEDIATELY AND NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS.
