Functions of the Member Access Portal

With the Rotary Member Access Portal, club presidents and secretaries can perform the following club administrative functions:• View and change club membership data• Pay club dues (during January and June only)• Update club data• View reports for club contributions to The Rotary

Registration

To register for Member Access you will need the following:• Your district’s number

• Your club’s number

• Your membership ID number

• A valid e-mail address

Username and PasswordOnce you have registered your identification numbers, the Portal will prompt you to designate your e-mail address as your username. A password will be then e-mailed to you. When returning to the Portal, sign in with your username (e-mail address) and the password you received. You may change your password and username once you have entered the Portal.

Monthly Contributions Report: Generates listing of

Club contributions to RF

View Club Recognition Summary

A Club Recognition Summary (CRS) report shows contributions to The Rotary Foundation for all club members and other donors. The district governor also has access to this report.

View Monthly Contribution Reports

A Monthly Contribution Report (MCR) shows Rotary Foundation contribution information for all the clubs in the district. The district governor also has access to this report.

Add members

Adding MembersWhen adding a new member to your club, it is suggested that you search for that member first to avoid duplicates. You can search by:• Membership ID

• Name

Semi-annual dues

Pay Club Dues

You can view your club’s semiannual report and pay club dues using a credit card in January and June.

Use the Club Data Form to change your club’s:• Meeting day

• Meeting time

• Meeting location

• Other details

Update Club Officer Information

The bottom portion of the Club Data Form allows you to enter the names of incoming club officers.

Exec sec - often not a club member

Incoming officers need to be defined to

allow them privileged access for

their Rotary year.

View the Official DirectoryThe online version of the Official Directory allows you to:• View current

committees and task forces

• View the RI Board of Directors and The Rotary Foundation Trustees

• Search for club and district information

Other Business Portal Functions

All Rotarians (including club officers) can access the Members Access for the following individual functions:• Contribute to The Rotary Foundation

• View your personal contribution history

• Manage e-mail subscriptions

Contribute to The Rotary Foundation

All Rotarians can contribute online to The Rotary Foundation using a credit card.

View Your Contribution History

All Rotarians can view their entire contribution history to The Rotary Foundation, including Paul Harris Fellow and Major Donor status.

Manage E-mail Subscriptions

All Rotarians can choose the categories of e-mail correspondence they would like to receive from Rotary International. This screen also shows the e-mail address used to subscribe.
