of!Boathouse!Row!followed!by!a!short!training!on!

the!ergometer!(rowing!machine).!!Next!your!

group!will!be!put!into!an!8!oared!Rowing!shell,!as!

your!crew!will!learn!how!to!develop!‘perfect!

swing’.!!!For!Teams!of!12!or!more!the!day!will!

conclude!with!a!regatta!and!medal!ceremony!on!
