Report 208 has inaccuracies related to DL loss factor calculations for BTS TX power and combiner losses which cannot be corrected. Both values, BTS MAX TX power and combiner loss, are hard coded in the report and not received from BTS. Hard coding values lead to inaccurate DL path loss calculation which can lead in the worst case to false positive/negative link balance reporting.

Commissioned BTS TX power can only be received from FlexiMultiRadio BTS. BTS internal or external combiner loss information is not available for any BTS type

This report can only highlight path loss differences between UL and DL but whether those differences are intentional need detailed information of installed BTS configuration (amount of TRXs, amount of installed RF-modules, RX/TX diversity and MHA usage etc

Measurement periods without traffic are excluded from the calculation.
