Lining Method for Hot Bonding
- All substrate surface to be lined is inspected visually before shotblasting.
- All Surfaces to be lined shall be blasted.

Application of the Rubber Sheet1. Individual sheet shall be spread on
the working table and edges shall bebeveled to make overlap scraf joints.Overlap scraf joints shall be made sothat the overlap follow the directionof flow.
2. Applying the lining sheet to thesubstrate.
3. All sheet and joints shall be checkedvisually and pinholes testing shall bedone to detect defects.
4. Rubber sheet edge shell be cutscantly at the width about 2,5t usingsoldering iron of knife.
5. For joints, the length of overlap isabout 10 – 30 mm for shell and flatarea, and internal support andflange area will be 10 – 30 mm.
