Citizen-centred transformation through unique homegrown solutions that emphasize identity, dignity, & self-reliance

• Imihigo (Performance Contracts) – the plural Kinyarwanda

word of Umuhigo, which means a vow to deliver; the practice

of public goal setting and accountability across the individual,

local, and national levels

• Umushyikirano – annual National Dialogue event that brings

together the President and citizens’ representatives to discuss

issues directly and transparently; broadcast live on TV & radio

with opportunities for citizens to ask questions

• Agaciro Development Fund – a national sovereign wealth fund
