Create Email Notification Hands-On

Navigate to Tools Menu Rules Manager

Select New from the Action Bar

Create Email Notification Hands-On (contrsquod)

Find and select Event New Work Order

Add ldquo ndash YOUR NAMErdquo to the Rule Name

Enter 1 for Rule Order

Disable the Rule

Save Rule

Create Email Notification Hands-On (contrsquod)

Find and select your newly created Rule

Click Edit from the Action Bar

Select the Criteria tab

Click Edit

Set the Criteria to

bull Type is Safety

bull Priority is High

Click Apply

Check the Send Email Action Indicator
