• We respect all DMO’s

• Keep doing what you’re doing – implement

• It is not a training on “how to make custumors”

- We want to build a royalty cheque

- An organisation that’s DUPLICATING FREEDOM

3

Herbalife = network marketing:

• Blueprint for retail → volume from a few product users

• If it is 100% duplicatable:

Recruiting → GROWING organisational volume

4

Important:

• Support system: TRAINING

• KEEP IT SIMPLE = attractive!

- sometimes too ‘professional’ : duplication??

5

Remember our situation?

6

7

Remember our situation?

• We needed a way that was simple

• If we can do it (out of a caravan)… Everybody can do it!

8

Sampling: what is it in Belgium?

• Sample pack for 2 days for weight loss:

- 3 sachets F1 vanilla

- 1 meal replacement bar

- 4 tablets of thermo complete

- product brochure

- additional documents: explanation, recipes, follow-up sheet, prices

9

Sampling: how do you work with it?

• You can use ALL tools

• The people need to convince YOU that they will be selected to have the free pack! → SELECTION questions!

Ex. Of “selection questions”:

- Do you know Herbalife?

- Do you see yourself eating 2 shakes/day instead of bread?

- How much water do you drink? Are you prepared to drink more?

- Are you prepared to measure & to share your results with me?

- Why do you want the pack?

- …

Sampling: how do you work with it?

• You can use ALL tools

• The people need to convince YOU that they will be selected to have the free pack! → SELECTION questions!

• Very brief presentation

• Follow-up = VERY important!

• Make good agreements!

• custumor or not

• distributor or not

11

Presentation

Because of our situation (caravan) we just sended the packs to the people without any presentation. All agreements are made by telephone. That also works.

If people come get the sample pack at your home or office, you can do a brief presentation.

The next slides are in dutch… but give an idea about what you can show the potential customer

13

Sampling: also for new distributors!

• New distributors are quickly successful: “on the job training”: TELL – SHOW – TRY – DO

14

The difference between a hunter and a fisher

15

Sampling: also for new distributors!

• New distributors are quickly successful: “on the job training”: TELL – SHOW – TRY – DO

• Basic training:

- basic product training

- training on sampling

- recruiting: exercise the script

• Learn how they can keep statistics

16

Sampling: keep statistics!

From “lead” to customor/distributor

How many leads (=demands for a pack) per month? (ex 20)

How many of those leads got a pack? (ex 12)

How many became a customor? (ex 8)

How many took an IBP for own consumption? (ex 2)

How many took an IBP to become a real distributor? (ex 1)

How many of the customors of last month did re-order this month? (ex 8)

How many referrals did I get? (ex 4)

17

Sampling: why is it successful?

• 100% duplicatable system: everybody can do it!

• Attractive business: you don’t have to convince people! The products are working for you! recruiting +++!!!

• No hour-long presentation! Focus on numbers, not on presentation!

• Custumors see the (simple!) business

• Much easier to approach the warm market and to get referrals

• No regional limitation

• Distributors need products + it quickly goes out of the door = re-orders!
