When is the release? • The launch will most likely happen at the MWC,

February 25, 2014.

• The release will happen a few weeks later, in March 2014.

New versions? • Regular Samsung Galaxy S5

• Samsung Galaxy F – the metal version (rumored to have a removable back, but a metal chassis)

• Samsung Galaxy Mini

• Samsung Galaxy Zoom – A camera version competing with the Nokia Lumia

New camera? • The new camera will likely have a range of 16 to

20 megapixels.

• Optical image stabilization

• CMOS image sensor

Screen differences? • S4 and S3 screen was 4.9 inches

• S5 screen could be up to 5.25 inches

• Samsung may switch from AMOLED to LCD

• Resolution will increase to 2000 pixels

Hardware upgrades? • 64-bit CPU

• Snapdragon 805 processor

• Exynos 6 processor

Will there be a fingerprint scanner?

• First rumor referred to an eye scanner, but that is unlikely

• There are rumors of a finger print scanner to compete with Apple’s iPhone 5S
