Highlights: What we Did

Delivered Recruitment Excellence:

• Took a holistic approach to what staff, clients, & candidates needed to ensure that they felt supported

• Rolled out end-to-end digital recruitment

• Hosted over 900 interviews remotely (March – June)

• Made over 1,300 number of assignments (March – June)

• We’ve had 3,297 video meetings with 24,222 Participants (March – Aug).

Enhanced our Role as a Trusted Partner:

• Developed the Temporary Assignments Scheme in conjunction with clients

• Assisted the HSE with 15 priority competitions

• Co-designed processes with clients

• Developed guidance to share with clients relating to conducting interviews remotely in conjunction with relevant internal stakeholders.

Developed our People & Culture:

• Equipped majority of staff to work from home within 2 weeks

• Adopted agile approach & supported staff through virtual training platform

• Innovated how we communicate and operate –Online tools / Video Technology

• ED&I Lens – Values driven

• Launched “Staying Well & Connected” programme for staff.
