    Ronnie L. Bowling Jr., Corbin Ky., has achieved his 5th mention to the Chase School of Law Deans List.

    According to Dennis R. Honabach, Dean of the Law School, Ronnie Bowling Jr. again has achieved the honor of being named to the Chase College of Law Deans List. “Enormous dedication and commitment is required to

    sustain such a high level of academic performance in such a challenging educa-tional program.”

    Bowling who is scheduled to graduate in May of this year is a 2005 Graduate of Corbin High School and 2009 Graduate of the University of the Cumberlands. Ronnie is the 24-year-old son of Ron and Donna Bowling.

    Located in Barbourville, Ky., Union College offers an education experience where students receive personal attention to help make their educational experience suc-cessful. At Union, the aver-age professor-to-student ratio is 14:1, so students can expect small class sizes and close interactions with instructors. Union is a four-year liberal arts school relat-ed to the United Methodist Church.

    Photos submittedBrandon Pratt and Barry Bowery from Pratt’s Landscaping donated two Dogwood trees to Oak Grove Elementary School. Pratt and Bowery taught a lesson to Mrs. McKiddy’s 1st grade class on the how to plant a tree. After the lesson, the students put their knowledge to use and helped plant the two dogwoods around the school. Pratt’s Landscaping also donated each student a small Dogwood tree to take home and plant.
