Abstract - The shift to the information society and the knowledge economy puts an individual in the center of an enterprise. In doing so, it raises new issues, trends and challenges … and, quite unprecedented questions about the knowledge society’s representative, the “Entrepreneurial Person”. The paper is designed to develop an engineering education model for “entrepreneurial thinking” and an ethical mindset for engineering/technology students and to meet the challenges in an accelerated knowledge-based global economy.

Be able to Measure progress
Make sure that the goal is Achievable
One needs to be producing Results and not reasons
And the results are Trackable

SELF-Discipline is the key to achieving one’s goal. Evaluateyour “habits” in light of our goal and determine the right mix of your personalhabits. Many times we get trapped doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results from the same habits. It is said that it takes21-days to develop a new Habit. There is a lot of truth in the saying :
• Sow an act … and you reap a “habit”• Sow a “habit” … and you reap a “character”• Sow a “character” … and you reap a “destiny”
