R&R: Steering Committee Dentistry Renewal Committee
• Steers the process
• Listens to findings and input from the range of
stakeholders through the aggregated and synthesized
data collected throughout the engagement process
• Helps to shape the findings into the Strategy Map
Pillars for Dentistry
• Meets regularly with consultant in an iterative process
to: • Monitor progress
• Review pertinent documents
• Provide feedback
• Make recommendations regarding the strategy map pillars
• Refine successive versions of the emerging strategic plan
• Finalize the Balanced Scorecard
R&R: Project Coordinator
• Supports communication and dissemination of project information to key stakeholder groups
• Helps to coordinate and set up focus groups and other engagement activities
• Assists with other project coordination activities as they arise
R&R: Faculty and Staff
• Participate in retreat and focus groups
