Overview

• Our approach

• Uploading the data to the Scottish Government

• Reporting back to Local Authorities

Reporting back to LAs

• Based on existing work developed as part of our work on homelessness with local authorities

• Automatically produced reports• Emailed back to LAs• Once set up take less than 60 seconds to

produce a full workbook• Very flexible

Best Practice

• Insist your IT provider is using all the validations contained in the data specification– Saves time by preventing the wrong

information being entered into IT systems in the first place

– Data specification available at:– http://

scotland.gov.uk/Topics/Statistics/15257/1529/swf-dataspec

Uploading the data

• A live demo of the ProcXed.net system
