- The new SCVURPPP construction inspection form

- Basic construction site inspection elements

- The importance of documenting ongoing site activities as they happen

Reporting Requirements

• Monitoring and reporting go hand in hand

• Gather good information, document clearly, back up inspection forms with digital copies and pictures, maintain SWPPP, document BMP corrections and modifications

• Be aware of SMARTS reporting requirements throughout the year and plan for gathering the information you will need

Ongoing Documentation

Maintain in SWPPP• Weekly inspection reports

• Daily logs

• NAL compliance data (as long as no NAL exceedance)

• REAP

• Quarterly Non-stormwater Inspection Reports

Upload to SMARTS• Annual Report

• SWPPP modifications (major mods)

• Photos (every 3 storms, linear only)

• NEL Effluent Monitoring (RL3 only)

• NEL Violation Report

• NAL Exceedance data

• NAL Exceedance Report (if requested by RB)

Construction Site Inspection Report

• Single form to be used for all municipal construction site inspections

• Fill out completely every time

• These forms are the primary material used for the Annual Report each year

• Blank form will be placed in the original SWPPP, QSP will make copies throughout the project as needed
