Culture of Thallasia hemprichii in different salinity (15ppt and 25ppt)

Objective Introduction Method Procedure Measurement Result Conclusion

TABLE OF CONTENT

To measure the growth rate (leaf length and leaf sheath) of the Thallasia hemprichii

To access the effective salinity for seagrass culture

OBJECTIVE

Generally, T. hemprichii was culture to study the bacteria growth and trace metal.

The research was done by Christianen et al. (2011) where T. hemprichii was culture in climate-controlled room in 100L glass container using Classic synthetic sea salt.
