Voice of the Vice
The 50th anniversary celebration during
the All American Rally was a great time
for all. The Campground looked
wonderful, the events were fun and the
permanent reminders of the Rally, such as
the new flag pole, show just how far this
club has come. The Happy Campers did an
outstanding job of hosting a great
weekend and the quilt was amazing.
The next big weekend at Bellevue is
Halloween and at Hesperia the ever
popular Sewing Bee, there is always
something to do at our campgrounds.
If you or your chapter have an idea for a
weekend event bring your ideas to the
campground planning committee meeting
or the campground director. These are the
special events we all look forward to.

your campground director and fill out a winter
storage form with all your contact information.
This is a requirement if you leave any unit or
towable trailer on the grounds. You should make
sure your TTCM # is visible so if in an emergency

50th Anniversary All American
What an amazing weekend we had. Yes, it was unseasonably warm but we made it
through and I hope that everyone enjoy the food and activities.
I have a few more thank you’s to add. A big thank you to all of those members who
stepped up and helped with meals all weekend. It was a huge help to my chapter! I
know it was a lot but with those of you that volunteered it made it run smoothly.
Also need to thank Mr. Bobby Guy for our music on Saturday night and Mr. Alan Kazam
for our entertainment on Sunday night. If you did not stick around for either of these you
missed a great time!
One more thank you…to Mr. Scott Bouwman for the amazing raffle prizes. I hope that
those of you who won enjoy your amazing prizes!
I do not have any totals yet but it will be published in the October newsletter. Also in the
October newsletter we will have some pictures of the Rally.
Once again I hope that all of you who attended enjoyed the weekend! It was my pleasure
to be the Rally Chairman and I wish next year’s Chairman best of luck!

Much discussion on updating electric and water in upper circle in 2014. More 50 Amp service.
Contract the work out. Get some bids on electric and water during winter. Need new stanchions
for electric. David Felimonick is a licensed electrician. Shut offs for water to be put in various
places. Talk of dividing into 3-5 year plan. We need permit from state for electric and water, also
from Eaton County. Temporary stanchion is not safe, take down. Kork needs to order more gravel
this year. Need drain system for road washout within the campground. Get a price! Bill Oates
estimates $10,000.00 for drain system for road. Roof needs to be replaced on A frame building
next year.Lots of people helped to paint this summer. The campground looks great. For gravel,
Kork will get estimate from Quality excavators.
Rule 6 needs to be changed (Move every 3 weeks). Kork needs to know when groups are coming
in, just call. In 2014 Sherrie Murrie is going to start epoxy fund for recreation hall (garage sale and
