SELECT Partnership Scheme• Students submit Applications in autumn of first or second year.• The aim is to introduce companies to the next generation of engineering students.• Speed interviews take place in November.• If students impress there is the option of a follow-up interview at the company.• Summer placement, site visits, work experience, potential project work or
mentoring from one of the company’s engineer are all options.• If successful, the relationship can continue to develop between the student and the
company. • Opportunity to see students develop through their course.• The relationship can lead directly to a graduate job.
