How to process the orders on seller app?

Last mile delivery (LMD) sellers Non last mile delivery (Non LMD) seller

• LMD sellers are those who use end to end logistic service of Paytm

• Sellers who do not use Paytm logistic service and they have to fulfil the logistics related requirements on their own

There are two types of seller who process orders accordingly

How to process the orders on seller app?

1 Tap on create shipment to process the order

2 Courier name-Packing slip and manifest will be sent to your registered email id

3 Tap on submit to confirm

4 You will receive a popup of shipment created successfully

Note- Take the print out of packing slip and manifest from your email id

6 Select your order in to ship stage

7 Tap on Email icon, so that the manifest and packing slips emailed successfully

8 Tap on Download icon to download the manifest and packing slip on your phone

5 Your order moves to To ship stage

10 You can Track Shipment your order and can know the delivery status

Note- If SLA is breached , the order will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee

2 Enter AWB no.

3 Select courier from the dropdown

4 Tap on submit

5 You will receive a popup of marked shipped successfully

Note– AWB is a document that accompanies goods shipped by courier to provide detailed information about the shipment and allow it to be tracked. You will have to ask your courier partner to generate AWB number in advance.
