The content is managed by its own Administrators and Members (Semel website account holders), and can optionally be private to Group members.!

www.semel.ucla.edu is composed of many self contained Group websites each with their own pages and lists (queries). !

Individuals!To log in you need a UCLA online ID (ʻBOLʼ account) – this creates a User Account.!

Users can then become members of Groups.!

Profiles contain public information about a person – School of Medicine Faculty profiles can be directly linked.!

Profiles can be listed on Group directories.!

Do not confuse User accounts and Profiles.!
