This year we invited Dave Chambers, founder and owner of “The Wine Merchant”, to educate and entertain us about the history of wine making in California. FrIDAy NIght IS cAjUN NIght 6:45pm Bus Shuttle 7-11pm Dinner at Whetstone Wine cellars

To finish off a great day we head to Whetstone for a fun evening. Whetstone Wine Cellars is a small family-owned luxury wine brand located in the heart of the Napa Valley. The property’s 19th century French-style chateau mixed with Southern hospitality makes this winery the perfect setting for a Cajun style evening.

SMOKE crafts food will prepare a variety of Cajun style food paired with the Whetstone signature wines.

A Cajun style evening calls for the music to match it. Zydeco Flames has gained a reputation as the West Coast’s premiere zydeco band. With their unique brand of Louisiana-spiced rhythms, infectious energy, and soulful ranges - they will make this a fun night. Thank you to our Dinner co-host: APICDA and Signature Seafoods.
