This slideshow provides a survey of Internet tools available to build an organization or a cause. E-mail lists and web sites represent the first generation of web resources. Learn how to quickly and cheaply set up the second generation tools for your organization. These tools include Twitter and Facebook, as well as blogs, video-sharing and photo-sharing sites. Empower your organization's supporters by giving them the means to participate online.
