Sessions: - Plenary in Emerald C, - Splinters in various rooms on this floor Alpine AB/Alpine C/AlpineDE/Emerald C- Specific rooms TBD on a daily basis depending on group size, - LWS Shocks Team meeting Friday afternoon

Each room has projector- we would prefer transfer of talks onto “main” memory stick for eventual inclusion on SHINE website. RESPONSIBILITY OF SESSION LEADER

Poster session: in Emerald AB: - posters are 8’ wide and 4’ tall.- posters will be up all week, REMOVE BY FRIDAY 11:00 AM- posters have designated number (see pack for details)- velcro pads available.

Next year’s meeting with GEM in Utah including overlap with CEDAR

Food and refreshments - breakfast (7:00 – 8:30am) in and outside main conference room (Emerald C), - breaks in Emerald C (10 :30– 11:00, 3:15 – 3:45)- lunches on your own - poster session refreshments (5:00 – 8:00pm M – W, 5:00 – 6:30pm Th, cash bar), - banquet (7:00 – 10:00pm, Thursday,Emerald C)
