SENECA has an advanced internal structure of electronic design that fol-lows all the steps of the product development, analysis and feasibility stu-dies, applied research, PCB and SMT design activities with the best soft-ware for simulation and industrialization prototyping electronics andmechatronics, documentation and manuals technique. This structurealso carries on consultancies and achievements of electronics contractbasis. The design SENECA reserves its full attention for finding componentsand normative adjustment. Testing, analyzing interference, electroma-gnetic compatibility test, signals security and integrity - EMI are conduc-ted by qualified (internal and external) laboratories for comparison tests.The strategy SENECA design is in step with the most advanced micro-electronic technologies (FPGA, PSoC, CPLD, ASIC, DSP, MEMS, LVDS,VHDL), adopting a systematic approach of quality control (ISO9001:2000, DoE methods, FTA, FMEA) and statistical analysis.
The production cycles and the internal tests are executed through themost modern SMT (Surface Mounting Technology) and PTH (PinThrough Hole) lines.
