Sidcup Golf Club Tee Booking Guide

Introduction Welcome to the Sidcup Golf Club Online Tee Time Reservation Service. This service allows you to book a tee time at SGC online and get instant on-screen and email confirmation of your booking. The tee booking system is accessible from mobile devices (e.g. Phone / Tablet, Apple and Android) and is also accessible from a PC / Laptop etc. (ideal for those who don’t use mobile device apps.) Things to Know

1. By booking a tee time you are agreeing to abide by social distancing measures. 2. There will be a minimum of 12 hours between when the same member can book

another tee time. This will be reviewed after seven days. 3. To prevent members, block booking, tee times will be released every 24 hours. 4. Members will be able to book from 08.00 the day before. 5. Tee times are available from 08.00 until 19.30. 6. There is to be a minimum of 10-minute intervals between tee times, but longer

intervals may be more appropriate if members do not follow social distancing requirements.

7. Only members whose subscriptions are up to date can book a tee time. 8. Members cannot book tee times for other members 9. Only 1 player is required to book a tee time, however both names are required 10. The maximum number of golfers permitted in a group will be per government

requirements. 11. No guests until further notice

Booking a Tee Time on your Phone

Open the ClubV1 on your phone and click on the three bars in the top right corner.

Select Schedule.

Click on the Calendar symbol on the day you want to play.

Choose your tee time.

Booking a Tee Time on your Tablet, PC, or laptop

Open the ClubV1 Members Hub on your tablet, open the Members Hub on the club website or browse to https://sidcup.hub.clubv1.com/Account on your PC or laptop. Click on Booking and then select Schedule

Click on the Calendar symbol on the day you want to play.

Choose your tee time.

Your name will automatically populate the P1 field. Add your playing partner and confirm your booking.

Your booking is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking.

You can edit or cancel your booking by clicking on the down arrow.
